From the buzzing floor of Amazon's technical support to the fast-paced world of logistics, data and traffic control in New Zealand, my journey has been anything but ordinary. I’ve worn many hats—each one teaching me something new about systems, people, and myself. Began my professional journey at Amazon India as a D2AS Technical Support Agent, where I wasn't just solving technical issues—I was delivering calm and clarity in moments. 

Curiosity then led me across borders for master degree—where I worked with Mazca Civil Private Limited as a Traffic Controller, mastering the real-time management of flow, safety, and coordination. At NZ Post, I tackled the physical side of logistics as a Freight Handler, learning the ins and outs of warehouse productivity, supply chain operations, and team collaboration.

One of my most exciting ventures was building a full-featured messenger application—a real-time chat app inspired by WhatsApp. I led the end-to-end development in Android Studio using Firebase, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin, and integrated advanced features like barcode scanning, nutrition API lookups, and even Gemini AI chat capabilities. This not only sharpened my technical skills but also gave me a taste of what it takes to build something people can actually use.

Currently, I’m exploring the idea of a logistics management app, designed to streamline freight tracking, workforce communication, and route optimization—tools I wished existed during my time in warehouse and field operations.

 Other projects such as,  supply chain optimization – Humes NZ and  retail infrastructure upgrade – Gilmours Manukau. Developed a comprehensive financial and operational strategy for installing a new industrial-grade freezer in Gilmours’ wholesale store.
